About Project

Waghai Botanical Garden, a unique floristic hotspot established in 1966 and spanning 24 hectares in southern Gujarat, preserves diverse forest types, rare plant species, and rich natural heritage across its 7.5 km of interconnected roads.

This audio guide fulfills the project's key objectives: identifying important tree species across three routes and delivering engaging content about the garden's sub-divisions and unique features. Each route features 20 stations with 40-60 second narrations available in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Routes include:

  • Route 1: Trees of South Division

  • Route 2: Medicinal Plants

  • Route 3: Trees of North Division
